Job Description
Responsibilities
- As part of a small but busy team, Trust Assistant will work support Trust Associates on a diverse portfolio of structures.
- Trust Assistants will support Trust Associates to perform various administrative tasks including:
- complete set-up, administration and liquidation of structures (i.e. holdings and trusts) in various jurisdictions;
- prepare standard documents (i.e. trust deeds, contracts, board minutes, minutes of AGM, power of attorney);
- prepare letters, client invoices, and general administration (i.e. filing)
- communicate with government agencies, law firms, banks, intermediaries and translators as required;
- assist in internal procedures (i.e. customer due diligence/KYC documentation)
- Shall also work closely with Trust Manager and Compliance Manager to ensure group complies with government regulations domestically and globally. In the role as Compliance Assistant, he/she will perform various tasks including:
- Preparation of analysis of entities’ FATCA and CRS status
- Preparation of FATCA and CRS compliance reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of group’s compliance program
Education and Qualifications
- High Diploma, Degree holder or above in accounting, law or company secretarial studies or related discipline
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

- proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- excellent oral and written communication skills (i.e. English and Chinese is a plus)

- flexible, "can-do" mindset, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
- Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations and guidelines are advantageous
