With 30+ years experience advising international, US companies and individuals on special issues related to setting up of new businesses in China and Hong Kong and expanding existing businesses to the Mainland China, Charlie provides practical solutions for his clients. His involvement in pre-IPO restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions deal structuring and other business tax advisory projects has established his leadership in those fields.

Charlie is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Taxation) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association.
